When I can't buy my department store brands, I do swear by L'oreal face products. They are lower-end Lancome, really.
If I could make a suggestion, though - the bare Minerals starter kit at $60 is a screaming deal. The brushes alone cost more than $60, so it's like you're getting all the cosmetics for free. Since there are no animal products in the foundation, it lasts longer - and because a little goes a really long way, I've found that it takes me 8-10 months to need a refill.Best make up as of cover girl, maybeline, revlon or l'oreal?
maybeline. i love to mineral power line! revlon has good nail polishes. covergirl have good mascaras. and the only thing good about loreal is there h.i.p. line but i dont support anything that testes there products on animals sooo loreal sucks! lol hope that helps
Maybelline Mineral Powder Foundation works really well. It's about 18$ but lasts for awhile because you won't have to pile it on. It's light and covers redness. Make sure you apply it with a brush and in a circular motion to blend it. There is a bunch of options as to what skin colour you are.

Revlon Color Stay Foundation
Revlon's Color Stay Foundation is actually comparable to MAC's Studio Fix Fluid Foundation, so of these I would say the top brands are Revlon, then L'Oreal. Maybelline and Cover Girl are so-so. Good luck!
L'Oreal Paris is definitely the best. They are aimed towards younger audience too, unlike Revlon. Plus, they have a wider range of colors for different skin tones.
