Help 4 choosing the right kind of eye shadow?

i have a brown skin colour.not 2 dark. there r so many brands that i cant find the best one like maybelline,loreal , lakhme,avon ,revlon etc.plz also tell me about the price.will i find the international products in india?Help 4 choosing the right kind of eye shadow?
I am also have light brown skin, and what works for me i s neutral colors like tans, golds, pinks, and shimmery light colors..Now if your going out or want your eyes to pop then i would go for shimmery ';light purples';or silvers a girl always need a dark brown or blue or black for drama...You can find maybelline or any product for women of color. good luck!!Help 4 choosing the right kind of eye shadow?
Try shades of earth colors.
