What you could do is put some of your loose power underneath your eyes to absorbe all the oils that's cause your eyeliner to smudge. But I do find that Rimmel's eyeliners are better than most of Revlon's.Eyeliner plz help!?

rimmel is awesome. you can get pencils or liquid eyeliner from the line but judging from what you said about your eyes I'd go with the pencil.
umm... i think there is this eye stuff at sephora that would help you. Its clear and you apply it where you would apply your eyeliner and once it dries, apply your eyeliner. This stuff keeps eyeliner from smudging and rubbing off. I never used this, but my friend does, and her eyeliner always looks 10X better than mine!

You need waterproof eye makeup. The only eyeliner I have ever used that never smudged was Maybelline eyeliner. It's a red stick. It's pencil and works great. I buy the non waterproof and it still doesn't smudge. You can get it at any store. Walgreens, Walmart, Target. It's cheap too.
rimmel is a good product,also I've used Avon glimmer-sticks starry night blue.almay is good but it can get costly.Good luck!!!
i only use rimmel eyeliner. it's great. one thing that will help with smudging is making sure that you're not applying it too thickly in the corners.
